This Office Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Craftdune (“the Office” or “We”) and any individual or entity (“User” or “You”) utilizing the private workspace located at Westlands, Nairobi (“the Premises”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the Premises, and by entering the space, all Users agree to comply with the following guidelines to ensure the safety, comfort, and productivity of all occupants.

1. Fees and Payments

Cleaning, maintenance, partnership, and collaborator fees are billed upon subscribing to a dedicated workspace.
All payments are non-refundable.
Craftdune reserves the right to allocate desk space as required to meet company and partnership needs. Desk allocations may change periodically.

2. Food and Beverage Policy

The sale of food or beverages within the Premises is prohibited to maintain professionalism and comply with health regulations.
Food or drink brought in must be for personal use or pre-approved events and adhere to health and safety standards.

3. Residential Use Prohibited

The Premises is a commercial workspace and not intended for residential use.
Overnight stays or using the space as a residence is strictly prohibited.

4. Behavioral Expectations

Users must maintain professional behavior and adhere to standard commercial office practices.
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal, disruptive, dangerous, or harmful actions.
- Offensive conduct or harassment.
- Engaging in illegal activities.
Violations will result in immediate termination of access to the Premises.

5. Parking

No parking is available on the roof.
Users should make alternative parking arrangements.

6. Guest Policy

Guests are permitted but must be accompanied by their host at all times.
Hosts are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
High-speed symmetrical fiber internet is available for both Users and their guests.

7. Phone Booth Usage

During peak office hours, please limit phone booth usage to one hour to ensure equal access.

8. Security

The duplication of keys, keycards, or any other means of entry is prohibited.
Do not leave the front door open or unlocked to maintain the security of the Premises.

9. Discrimination and Harassment Policy

Craftdune maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination or harassment.
Discrimination or harassment based on any protected characteristic, including but not limited to gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, or religion, is strictly prohibited.

10. Equipment and Electrical Use

Equipment exceeding typical office use in heat output or electrical consumption is not permitted to protect office systems.
Users must maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
Craftdune is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.

11. Property and Noise Control

Users are responsible for any office property temporarily assigned to them. Replacement fees will apply for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Be mindful of noise levels. Loud music or other disruptive noises in shared spaces are prohibited to ensure a productive environment.

12. Event Hosting

Prior approval is required to host events in the office.
Submit a detailed request at least two weeks in advance for consideration.

13. Liability

Craftdune is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring within the Premises.

By using the space, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
